Pros

Opportunities to learn the in's and outs of a business and make decisions for the store and team. This role is the best at the company. You get to directly impact the team members development, while giving a world class experience while guests come into your store location.

Cons

No paid vacation or PTO. Working every weekend.

Pros

Working at lululemon has challenged me personally and professionally. I love working with people who support my goals in and outside of work. I enjoy the entrepreneurial mindset, and have a deep appreciation of our product and company values. I've met some amazing people here, and love getting to build a community at work. Our employee discount is very generous, and benefits are great.

Cons

Working with a lot of women, there tends to be a lot of emotion at work. I'm getting used to not having to leave my personal life at the door. We're here to help each other through those things.
