Pros

Work life balance, leadership training, opportunity for advancement, feedback

Cons

Everyone in the company is in a continual place of development and the company is growing so quickly that people might be in jobs that they're not ready for and sometimes may not make the best decisions, or provide the best coaching to get where you want to go
