Business Outlook

Pros

Lifestyle, goal oriented, opportunities, health focus

Cons

Very little accountability, huge gap between stores and head office, company in general was unrealistically optimistic, bonus structure was not strategic and was much lower then presented in original offer, popularity contest between management, too much focus on 'being cool'.

Great p/t job

Pros

-Above average pay -Great discount -Free classes -Great people -Opportunity to go to Landmark Forum

Cons

-Very corporate -On sales floor you need to be constantly using "lulu speak" words. Feels very inauthentic. -There is a perception of career growth, but this is only given to people who upper management thinks is "cool" not necessarily those who are most qualified for the role (or the hardest working).
