Pros

They are very health focused and you get two free fitness classes a week at a local studio. GREAT discount. I miss it greatly. People there are generally nice.

Cons

They really don't believe in the "customer is always right," and never say "sorry" for a mistake or defective piece of clothing cause it was not directly my fault. I found this insane coming from a customer service background. Also they are a bit in your face with goals. I had someone asking me daily "what is your goal for today!" and while most my office mates were like "To get into a inverted crow!" I was like "To not eat McDonalds for lunch," so it could be I just was not a good fit.

Pros

Great comany culture, perfect if you are self-motivated, driven, and don't see working out as a chore

Cons

Not a good fit if you just want to show up and fold pants, you have to buy-in to the company culture, which only works if it truly gels with your own values
