Great Culture, Weak Manager Training

Pros

The culture and what they represent is inspiring and offers lots of opportunities to grow and learn.

Cons

Though their culture is great, the way they train their managers to enrol their team in the culture is weak. Too many managers just regurgitate the words, without actually living and breathing by them.

Pros

Cons

Mangers are in their early 20's with NO experience They brainwash you into thinking that lululemon is the best place to be They make you feel FAT and you hate your life Its all about the money. How much you sold and they do NOT care about their employees. They make you believe you are an asset but you are nOT They make you work A LOT (60hrs a week) with no compensation at times
