Pros

Great culture, great co-workers, fun environment. Definitely promotes a good work/life balance and you maintain a great group of friends within the company and shoppers as well.

Cons

Sometimes too much is required outside the work place such as attending classes when you already have a busy schedule.

Pros

free work out classes in your area, discount on clothes

Cons

ooo where to start.. At first it is fun and you do meet some nice people, but then you realize how cultish it is. I worked there as an educator. I worked super hard and was the only member of the staff that got acknowledged in the review by a secret shopper, for being helpful and knowledgeable about the product. A secret shopper is someone from lululemon corporate that comes into the store under cover to rate it... anyways I never got a good employee review after that, never acknowledged by my manager by that, because I didn't drink the lululemon "Kool-aid." If you come to work excited, ready to work hard, and with a good attitude it gets you know where. You have to be that and work on learning to be super fake and tell your manager that you want to go to Landmark someday... Landmark is a weekend retreat away, where you aren't allowed any contact with family and friends, and they pretty much tell you your life is terrible and you are a failure, then they proceed to build you up... weird huh? yea I thought so too.. That's why I never wanted to go....lululemon tends to forget that it is a RETAIL store. They think they are the next Dr. Phil or Oprah or something... it's real weird...
