Pros

Decent place to work. At times very fun work environment. its wonderful and inspiring to help someone find either clothing or a class that makes them feel better about themselves.

Cons

Completely uneducated and inexperienced management. They are not there for you, they do not care about your well being or advancement. Management is only there to advance themselves. The expectation is that you work all the time, you are available all the time and under no circumstances can you question any "feedback" given. There is no place to be an individual and those who try are pushed out, you are expected to talk a certain way, dress the same and be a robot. The pay is incredibly bad. There is an expectation that you go to Landmark or you will not advance.

Pros

Great, active, high energy people with big goals, great discount on merchandise and free workouts, good work-life balance. While on the clock you're encouraged to be creative, chat up peers and customers, and try out the clothes to assist with educating others.

Cons

Cult pressure to constantly evaluate yourself and others under the guise of feedback, making you feel less than perfect at all times. Consistent pressure to meet sales goals. Recommended book club readings are actually mandatory.
