Pros
A great retail job where self growth is encouraged. Many corporate programs to participate in. Salary is better than any other retail position out there that I've seen.
Cons
They sell positive thoughts to you which is why people buy the clothing. This company promoted values to customers that it used to have for itself. They promote a healthy active lifestyle but a large portion of clothing is more trendy wear than functional wear. The quality of clothing is very low compared to what it used to be. Lululemon has lost what used to be special about it and is now like every other corporate athletic company. I had a very poor manager when working there and was surprised that she had made it to management.
