Pros

Yoga and fitness classes on site, young energetic coworkers, opportunity to grow, goal setting education, flexibility in work schedule, a very young and growing company, exposure to all levels of management

Cons

The influence on the Landmark Forum on the organization is stratifying. If you've done the Forum you are "IN" and if you haven't then well....."you're OUT". For those that choose not to participate this can create a bit of a divide.

Pros

1. Progressive and liberal culture. Lots of free speech and independence amongst the staff 2. Young staff makes the company feel energetic 3. Friendships made easily amongst staff and often spill over to personal life. 4. Free yoga and fitness classes for all staff, in any city you work in 5. Generous staff discount 6. A relatively strong allowance for independent decision making 7. Lots of opportunity even if you lack the academic or professional training 8. Staff rewarding is part of the culture and even small initiatives are recognized 9. There are lots of training opportunities available though they can be repetitive

Cons

1. Every employee must work on the retail floor at least 1x weekly. This limits career growth when you do not want to be on the retail floor, but still enjoy the company. 2. The salaries are too low, across the country 3. 50% of your salary is commission based 4. Your boss will likely be young and relatively untrained. 5. Vacation time is very low 6. You must work weekends, nights, most holidays, Christmas eve and Boxing Day 7. The often touted values of health and balance are largely over stated. 8. There is heavy judgment and ultimately, an inability to advance, if you do not participate in the Landmark forum
