Pros

Great culture for encouraging personal ownership of development, goal setting and creating your future. I learned a lot of key principles that will help me through out my life, but nothing that i can put on my resume

Cons

As a the former general manager of the company shared with me over drinks one evening, 'it's a lot easier to pay people with hope than it is with money.' Pay sucks. They reward people with a balanced lifestyle and encourage personal development, but don't expect to be monetarily compensated for your excellence, experience or above par job performance

Pros

Great pay, friendly people, feedback valued, excellent benefits (free yoga!) and discount. Overall a great atmosphere where people care about their jobs and the products and encourage fun.

Cons

People very serious about small issues. More work than a regular retail position because employees must be 'educated' about all products.

Pros

Great people, great pay for retail, great customers, perks of free classes (yoga, piltes, gym classes etc), great staff discount, great product to sell. Lululmon has a company culture that is real and they live and breathe it, it's not just something they talk about. It can be insprirational working there.

Cons

Sometimes the culture can be a bit too full on and if there is something about the culture you don't agree with you just have to grin and bear it, as you have to be a part of it. you have to set goals and go to classes, read books etc, which for some is great, but if you are looking for a retail job where you just go in, work and leave, this is not it. Also felt they sometimes take advantage of staff a bit, getting them to do extra stuff, that's not part of the job.
