Pros

The discount was great and they have fantastic health and wellness benefits.

Cons

There is no work life balance, especially in management. There’s so much back stabbing and manipulation that happens in the store manager and area manager areas and they’re never held accountable.

Pros

- Amazing benefits (health & life insurance, stock options, monthly stipend to workout and truly experience the "sweat life" out in your community) - lululemon treats its employees with respect and understanding; even though it's a large company, you don't feel like just another employee - Your opinions, goals and aspirations are valued and heard -

Cons

Not too many cons. I don't personally enjoy the inconsistent schedule of working in retail (you are also required to work one weekend day), but if you'd like to pursue a retail career, lululemon is the way to go. It is much more than just another retail job!

Pros

Most of the people you'll work with are great Educator discount is extremely generous Match 401k 3 weeks of vacation/year

Cons

Doing well at the company has about 0 to do with how fast you'll grow at this company. In fact if you can't perform the job functions but get drunk on the kool-aid they'll "green-light" you for whatever position you want. On the other hand, if you're excellent at your job but have a harder time being a "Yes Sir" employee when management clearly has no idea what they're doing, they'll gaslight you until you quit
