Pros

fun, casual work environment with excellent health insurance benefits and sweat benefits. the management training and in the moment feedback is excellent. this was my favorite job of my career, so far...

Cons

the wage is not livable as a single person. to make a full-time wage work for your life, you have to have a roommate or wealthy S.O. I loved working here, but could not afford a real lifestyle independently.

Pros

The events and perks of working here are great. You get a nice discount because they want you to wear the clothing while working, you can sign up for workout classes for free or with a discount, there's fun community events, etc. A lot of the people are really nice too.

Cons

The company itself is based on lies. They're all about being one with the "yogi" way of life, and yet all of their products are produced in different countries and the clothing is not made with fair trade. Their clothes are extremely overpriced for how much it takes to have them made in factories by poor women who aren't paid what they should be paid.

Pros

-Employee discount -Excellent product -Tend to promote from within but...

Cons

-"Corporate Culture" is a nightmare -Typical Retail scheduling problems, too few employees to work schedule -Expect cutthroat behavior from people trying to get promoted. The lengths people will go to in order to be in a low level leadership position is astounding. -Ethically questionable business model.
