Pros

2 free classes a week 401k Decent bonus structure Most of the time - a great community fun to go to work

Cons

"Clicky" Only expect to move up in the company if you are friends with a manger. lululemon has their own "language" and if you don't speak it, you're looked at as less "intelligent". They try to mold you into their idea of "greatness". If you are terminated, they send out an email to all of their ambassadors letting them know that you are "no longer with the company, and that they think you for all your contributions". However, they don't send this email to you, so they aren't really "thanking" you. You're surrounded by people who think that selling stretchy pants is the most important thing on the planet.

Pros

Store managers have the ability and entrepreneurship to run store. Development tools, discounts, and community classes.

Cons

POS Systems are lacking and behind most retailers. The training is unclear and needs better direction. Pay is below industry standards. Not much growth in US stores beyond store manager role. Company is constantly changing without giving time to properly implement changes and see the effects.

Pros

Great workout benefits, fun atmosphere, great quality product, amazing people, company is all about health, balance and having vision and goals

Cons

Hard to get full time, and even when you get it, usually it is still only 30 hours (my experience). No health benefits for part time employees - and must work a consistent minimum as full time. Must work holidays, which if you don't mind isn't a big deal.
