Pros

Super-friendly team Team-based commission = everyone works together (no fighting over guests) Company really values your own personal and professional goals - everyone wants to see you succeed Free workout classes at select gyms, yoga studios, or pay out up to $25 for a class without sign in sheet Good discount - depends what position you are in

Cons

Working weekends - no one wants to work till 10 at night on a Saturday (this cannot be changed, cons of retail overall) Holiday hours increase, meaning you can be sizing and folding until 11pm everyday but Sunday Can't use discount for friends (Women receive partial discount for Mens product, men don't for women product = unfair) Your guests can be very nice, but also extremely irritating and irrational (con of every job) For some reason everyone thinks there is a lifetime guarantee on the clothes... stop those rumors

Pros

I truly enjoy the personal development, and the consistency of updating our goals. It's easy to stay inspired, when the team constantly changes. This sparks fresh ideas and challenges one's ability to communicate.

Cons

I feel that too often younger people are prematurely put in leadership roles. I understand that we all need experience, but this has had a tendency to backfire.
