Pros

The pay is pretty high with great team commission. It's also nice that they pay a living wage (+$1) to those working in DC because the cost of living is so high. The store discount is also pretty bangin', not to mention free sweat sessions! Everything about "the hive" mentality is pretty fun and you work with driven amazing people.

Cons

You will be vastly over-worked. They follow an 80/20 framework meaning that 20% of your work for the store will take place off the retail floor doing other things to keep the business afloat, and you get one hour a week to complete that 20%. Don't expect to get paid for anything over that (and you will go over), be prepared to work for free for "the good of the team".

Pros

getting some $1 or $2/hr bonuses added when store does well. good employee discount (i would never buy lululemon full price, it is not worth the quality- and quality is getting worse). taking yoga and fitness classes for free.

Cons

management sucks. lack of transparency. cattiness. managers gossip. empty promises. core values were not honored by management- management were hypocrites when its came to their "core values", managers taking advantage of the company and the employees. new managers were not properly trained. employees were not "heard" when trying to "speak". all employees were very FAKE. it was the worst job I have ever had.

Pros

wonderful company. get work/life balance. always fun activities going on throughout the community that we attend. great room for growth within the company

Cons

no matter what level you are at everyone does the same job, educating the guest. you may have worked there for 5 years, and someone who has been there for 2 months might get a promotion before you.
