Pros

The day to day work of the SM is fairly easy and straight-forward. Expectations are clear and retail is fun.

Cons

Every decision that lululemon has made to optimize, update technology, add new product categories, has come at the expense of fun in the community, setting goals or just general personal development. They like to say that is all still present and it is, as a very, very small percent of the overall job. It feels more and more like regular retail everyday. Last but not least, the salary has not kept up with the added responsibilities of the role or the retail market in general.

Pros

Good culture of likeminded people, fine wages, and great incentives to perform well

Cons

Felt like I was in a big cult and the people didn't really live up to the things they preached in terms of feedback and support
