Pros

I enjoyed working in the store, I was able to interact with customers and help them choose outfits for them or for a gift. It was fast paced, busy and time went by fast. Management was great and understanding of schedules.

Cons

I worked at the store when COVID was still prevalent in CA. We took all the precautions that were necessary, but sometimes customers had to wait to get into the store which caused some unhappy customers.

Pros

The employees you work alongside are generally very active and personable. The discount is decent.

Cons

Managers are more concerned with improving metrics that directly affect their bonus (ie. UPT, conversion), rather than fostering a hospitable work environment. Benefits are meek. Full-time status is unobtainable. Competitors will pay you more and offer you a greater discount.
