Pros

- Company has great values on paper, and creates incredible products - Discount on products for full-time employees is hard to beat - Sweaty Pursuits - Being able to say that you work for lululemon's corporate office is pretty cool

Cons

- Absolutely no growth potential - Very cut-throat and toxic culture - Technology issues - GEC Educator role range is $15-22/hour, and even if you are full-time, don't expect to get scheduled more than 32 hours a week. - Expensive health insurance.

Pros

The discount is the only pro

Cons

The people they hire all talk behind each other’s backs acting like they’re in competition with each other. Working there was like a high school environment but with grown adults. They are all people that can’t afford the clothes without the discount so they are very jealous people. I have to hand it to lululemon though they have all they’re employees working for free very smart company structure.

Pros

-discount on markdowns (75% off)

Cons

apparently discrimination laws don't exist for ASM, SM, and Regionals. Let just say I have at least 100-120 days to file a lawsuit, and I'm considering it. The gaslighting is real within certain stores.
