Pros

given compensation for weekly exercise, great bonuses during holiday season, and a generous discount on products

Cons

you have to be "liked" to retain the job. There is an "in crowd" and if you become well liked during your seasonal employment, you'll get rehired the next year, otherwise you lose your chance. They want you to become obsessed with work, exercise with coworkers outside of work ("sweat sessions"), come in to be coached on your goals, etc. It starts to seem like they want lululemon to be more than just your job.
