Bottom line: this is a cult.

Pros

Great discount, although you will lead to you spending way too much money on clothes that you really don't need.

Cons

Surprise, surprise, it's a cult. If you're in, you'll go far. As soon as you decided you aren't 100% down! expect to get fired after a few FFIs.

Pros

-free fitness classes -fun coworkers -good discount

Cons

-incredibly unqualified and inept managers -gossip masked as "feedback" -company "manifesto" lacks substance due to inconsistent implementation -poor scheduling inhibits intended "work-life balance" -cult-like atmosphere -rampant favoritism prevents advancement of more qualified, harder working employees -strict interaction guidelines and overall policies hinder guest experience -general lack of professionalism among those in higher positions -lack of clarity and transparency regarding guidelines for advancement **if you are in any way educated, mature, or self-assured, RUN.

Pros

Great, active, high energy people with big goals, great discount on merchandise and free workouts, good work-life balance. While on the clock you're encouraged to be creative, chat up peers and customers, and try out the clothes to assist with educating others.

Cons

Cult pressure to constantly evaluate yourself and others under the guise of feedback, making you feel less than perfect at all times. Consistent pressure to meet sales goals. Recommended book club readings are actually mandatory.
