Pros

Like-minded individuals, strong core values, fair pay, opportunities for growth, free classes + good discount, company genuinely cares about its guests + educators

Cons

Some inconsistency with what is said vs. what is done. While not a con to me, this may be a con to others: opportunities for growth are visible to those with clear goals and you have to really want to make them a reality...they won't just "happen", you have to work for them. Daily bonus is not always achieved & daily sales goals are sometimes a bit lofty.

Pros

Lululemon discount! Free classes! Work with fun unique people (overall). Seems wonderful at first.

Cons

Lack of hours for FT (maybe if you're lucky 25). No benefits, even as a FT employee they try to get away with under 30 hours so you don't need to be given them. Catty and immature environment. Gossipy and favoritism, even though they try to make it seem like this is everything they are not about. Weird cult-like subculture. People promoted based on favoritism and who can kiss up and be best friends with the manager - absolutely not based on merit, hard work, education, or experience. Too many people in manager positions who are a day out of college and have no ability to manage people or a business.

Pros

-amazing, awesome, incredible peers -money allotment for fitness every month -pretty good discounts ( makes it semi affordable)

Cons

fear based leadership from store manager. promotes based on favoritism or to make her leadership team appear "diverse." doesn't live in integrity by giving full time employees full time hours. you're lucky to get 20. if you then get other jobs in order to survive, she'll cut your hours more. health benefits? only to her "buddies" (guess what they don't like you). lululemon encourages "straight talk" but everybody is afraid to talk to her. the few that do are 'black listed'. unfortunately we've lost many good people because of this.
