Flexibility You make a lot of friends Easy job overall Managers at Fashion Valley Mall are great, don’t know about other stores Can pick up shifts whenever So many internal opportunities

Cons

Unstable hours Work place can be toxic Can be pretty draining at times because they focus a lot on guest experience. Leaving you drained at the EOD You don’t get raises much

benefits, especially the monthly health/fitness stipend

Cons

micromanagement, major theft and somehow employees are blamed for it, constantly treated like a child who never does anything right, shady AF management, high school level drama with grown adults
