Pros

discounts, perks, benefits, and community events. I love my coworkers that aren’t in management.

Cons

lots of drama. I’ve been bullied and excluded by a handful of people, including managers. very much so the popular scene. tight scheduling. just updated policy. not many people are happy. have to abide by policy and no way around it for scheduling. dramatically less lenient with scheduling and expectations than when I started. very disappointed. seems they care more about the guest experience than the employee experience now.

Pros

- Decent pay for retail job - Lots of ways to get involved in the community - Cares for employees by providing resources

Cons

- Too many recent changes that aren't worth it - Have to put in vacation / schedule changes 2 months in advance - Only 40 hours a year worth of unpaid vacation (accrue PTO very little) - Crazy PT/FT hour requirement changes
