Pros

Depending on the region you're in, lulu pay is definitely above average compared to most retail jobs. As a specialist, you get a pay increase. Bonus can be $3+/hr added to your paycheck retroactively at the end of each period. Benefits for full-time employees are also impressive, like health insurance and 401k planning, and SweatyPursuits is still a big perk for part time if you value physical activity.

Cons

Bonus is inconsistent and depends on a wide variety of factors. What you spend of SweatyPursuits is taxed like income, so about 10% is taken from your paycheck.

Pros

One of my favorite part-time jobs ever! Great fitness and wellness benefits and the job was low stress because of an encouraging team environment! Loved getting to be a part of the community with Lululemon.

Cons

Lots of standing so not great if you have a current injury. Commission based meeting team goal for the month.
