Pros

The people make the place. Educators in my store are wonderful. Sweaty Pursuits is a great benefit (hope they don't take it away!)

Cons

Getting rid of 75% off markdowns and increasing the Educator-mandated availability is insane. So many of us have been here for so long because of the flexibility this job had to offer.

Pros

Career development, Fair pay, PTO, decent benefits

Cons

Company is becoming only focused on risk aversion. Product is lacking and employee discount has been taken away from markdown items.

Pros

Strong community and company culture, good benefits although working requirements are getting more difficult to attain.

Cons

Quality of management is very variable depending on store. Little accountability in AM+ roles. Company in general is going very corporate and less focused on a positive humanistic experience.
