Pros

Nice view, caring coworkers, flexible.

Cons

Horrible training, lack of communication and leadership, sexual harassment goes unpunished, black and brown entry level employees cannot get promoted. Also no HR to report it too. Rarely given a salary increase and given the run around when asked. They spend more money on food and random gifts rather than give raises. If you're experienced in call centers and want to be promoted within, this is most certainly not the company for you. Also wear baggy clothes if you're a woman it's a lot of disrespectful men there. Oh must have thick skin for the office language.

Pros

- The scheduling seemed reasonable and the founders were kind. - Pretty view of downtown

Cons

- Insensitivity from the trainer, sexual harassment, inappropriate comments. All in the first week! - Company brags about how old their technology is so that they can "save money". - Benefits don't start for three months. No 401(k) option mentioned in handbook.

Pros

The office is really nice and in a good area. The workspaces are tight and close together, so get ready to REALLY get to know who works near you.

Cons

From what I've been told by people who are leaving the company and those who have already left, the latest trend here is to hire a ton of people for low wages knowing most will leave soon. Stack a bunch of ikea desks next to each other in a cramped space and continue to fill vacated seats with waves of new hires. There isn't any upward movement and the "open door" management policy is a false promise because management doesn't care/listen.
