Pros

-Fast way to get a start in your career -Paid technical training that will apply to your work -Good environment filled with people wanting to help -Non-binding contracts -Easy recruitment process with tons of opportunities available

Cons

-Possibility of not being placed with a client (depends on your interview skills and knowledge) -Salary not as good as finding a position outside of mthree in the same role (but the training and access to these clients is worth it)

Pros

paid online training at your own pace. helpful instructors. great recruiters/management. interviews can get slightly technical but no whiteboard coding questions.

Cons

starting base salary non-negotiable. you won't know where you will be placed until the last minute of training. clients want you to relocate but after looking at apartments/cost of living, it doesn't seem like salaries are reflective in some areas if you don't want to live in a dump and eat ramen noodles.
