Pros
Training is fairly high quality and is paid
Cons
Unfortunately, MThree is an uncaring employer. As an employee, your well-being is not a priority. If you decide to run the risk of working for MThree anyways, keep these things in mind: - You are not guaranteed a job. This has nothing to do with your competency. Simply put, MThree's lack of preparedness and professionalism may waste months of your time with nothing to show for it but a hole in your resume. - After finishing training, do not put any money down on an apartment, furniture, clothing, etc. until you have CLEAR confirmation that you are starting at a specific time (ideally confirmed by multiple people and in writing). Be extremely skeptical of any promises. - Ensure they pay you the full amount agreed upon in your contract. They simple don't care enough to make sure they pay you the full amount. - Take communication into you own hands. MThree does not care if you are kept in the loop, so you must make up for that by hounding them with emails and phone calls until they give you the information you need. None of this is just general advice. This is all derived from my short experience with this company. I'm sure I missed a couple things, but hopefully this is still helpful. It's not right to treat people this way...
