Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Disappointed to hear some of your comments. There is a higher charge to the client than you receive, as we are a business, and having you as an employee incurs a number of costs. If you calculate your salary (which we are entirely transparent with from the start of the process), That we pay you to train (you receive a weekly stipend and we cover the Academy costs), then all the additional costs (benefits, pension etc on top of your salary) these do accumulate. The Talent Pool team work with the Academy to arrange midpoint technical mocks which are part of the curriculum and then you will always have a mock interview with my team prior to the interview. You will not always receive an interview during training but that's why Talent Pool exists to make sure we keep working with you to put you forward for opportunities. Our trainers have come from industry and academia and our curriculum has been designed to train you in how the industry is using technology to ensure you get up to speed quickly when you enter the corporate world.
