Hi there, Thank you for providing feedback on your experience. Alumni feeling engaged with mthree is of the utmost importance to us - we've recently hired more Engagement Managers so we're in the best position to continue to provide the support and communication expected from our workforce. We've also just finalised our events plan for the year which contains networking and development opportunities with other Alumni, as well as our Head Office staff, running each month. In addition, we're focusing heavily on Conn3ct, our mthree intranet, where we now post blogs and frequently share how you can get involved with various initiatives. Our Engagement and Management team would welcome the opportunity to discuss any further feedback or suggestions that you may have. Kind Regards, Georgia Staley (georgia.staley@mthree.com). Pros

Gain a lot of experience from placement at a big company.

Cons

Extra work is required since you are working at a big company and there is no compensation for the extra work.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback so that we can build and do better. We are glad to hear the positive feedback around gaining experience at a large company. Our Alumni program is geared towards kickstarting careers at large companies and giving our consultants the tools they need to succeed. Because we hire everyone on a full-time basis as permanent employees, over time is not offered. We combat this by offering performance based salary increases every 6 months and time in lieu (paid time off) at the discretion of our clients. Thank you again for your feedback and please reach out to emily.keefe@mthree.com should you have any additional comments. Best, Emily Keefe, Head of Engagement NA

Pros

Reasonable 40 hour work weeks

Cons

MThree hires new grads and shops them out to finance companies' software teams. This comes with a month of training, which locks you into either ~1 year of work or an absurd forced 3-month notice if you want to leave and not pay a months salary for the training.

Good Morning, Thank you for taking the time to write a review although very disappointed to hear these statements. There are no lock ins with our organisation or pay back terms if you choose to leave the organisation. I would be keen to discuss in more depth where this misunderstanding came from. Please email me on katherine.snodgrass@mthree.com. Kat Snodgrass (katherine.snodgrass@mthreeconsulting.com). Head of Alumni Talent - EMEA
