Hello, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback so that we can build and do better. We are glad to hear the positive feedback around gaining experience at a large company. Our Alumni program is geared towards kickstarting careers at large companies and giving our consultants the tools they need to succeed. Because we hire everyone on a full-time basis as permanent employees, over time is not offered. We combat this by offering performance based salary increases every 6 months and time in lieu (paid time off) at the discretion of our clients. Cons

MThree hires new grads and shops them out to finance companies' software teams. This comes with a month of training, which locks you into either ~1 year of work or an absurd forced 3-month notice if you want to leave and not pay a months salary for the training.
