Pros

Free gym included. Pay increases every six months, if certain goals are met. Regular events sponsored by MThree are pretty good, usually an all-paid for bar but there have been paint & drink as well as kickboxing classes.

Cons

Contract length. Mine was 2 years but I heard it was adjusted to 18 months just after I passed my 18 month mark.
