Cons

Low pay, and slow job market leading to very slow deployment to clients in 2024. After training there is a multi month wait period before client interviews even begin.

The program includes paid training, interview preparation, and support, as well as additional training during the first 1-2 years on-site. This makes it an ideal opportunity to enter a large corporation in a highly competitive job market. Even though the job market is still improving, mthree simplifies the job search process, which often prevents many recent grads from entering the field on their own. We work diligently with our clients to ensure that interviews are conducted promptly, although the time frame for each alumni may vary as it relies on multiple factors, such as client's budget and availability.
