Thank you for your five star post! We love to hear from our current employees and from your pro list, it sounds like you are feeling really strong about your role and opportunities at nCino. That is great to hear! We also appreciate you sharing that if feels like there can be "politics in upper management at times." We are really proud of the strong, collaborative approach we have across leadership at all levels. However, we do realize that as we continue to get bigger, globally, it may at times feel more political. We work hard to try and make management layers disappear and encourage you to engage with leaders, at all levels, as needed to ensure you have the clarity you need to do your job well. Hopefully that may help with this feeling but please know that we are also working on trying to eliminate that feeling of "politics" as well.
