Thank you for your post. We like to hear from our current employees. We agree with you on your pros of our coworkers and culture. Together, we feel they are the thing that truly differentiates us from other employers and our based on our last employee engagement survey, about 90% of our employees agree with you too! We don't agree on some of your other points and would like to share some information with you that may be helpful. We actually have very high expectations of our organization and employees. We ensure that every employee at the beginning of the fiscal year has goals that are aligned to their role accountabilities that are achievable, but challenging. And we are proud of our employees who, for the majority, aspire to meet if not exceed those challenging goals set before them. That's what makes nCino such a great company! We also have so many opportunities for career growth. Not only from a learning perspective but also from a promotion perspective. Last year, over 200 employees received promotions. And, each year, we have an annual review that leads to an annual base merit increase for employees and twice a year we formally recognize and promote our employees who have earned that recognition.
