Pros

nCino is a great company to work for. Fantastic culture which can be challenging to find. nCino is really a gem located in Wilmington, NC. Coastal living meets Silicon Valley tech start-up feel.

Cons

Being a start-up, there is constant change. Be prepared to be flexible when working at nCino.

Pros

Everyone is motivated and empowered to work hard to achieve the company's goals without being micromanaged. I love that I learn something new everyday at work. I enjoy working in a relaxed environment with like minded people. It is refreshing to work for a company that encourages collaboration and creativity and actually listens and reacts to suggestions and feedback.

Cons

We have limited space in our current office but will be relocating soon so that will not longer be a problem.

Pros

I joined nCino in February 2015 and have loved every day since. nCino is an innovative, independent company based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Although only three years old, the company is growing rapidly and working to transform the way financial institutions operate. The company has a strong customer-oriented culture focused on innovation, reputation and speed, but one that also puts employee happiness at the forefront. nCino offers solid benefits, stock options and a great work / life balance.

Cons

As with any young company that is working to disrupt an industry (think Uber for transportation or Air B&B for lodging) there is always a risk of failure. However, I truly believe nCino is on the right path and the fact that everyone is offered equity in the company further motivates people to work hard and drive toward a common goal.
