It's always so great to hear from our current employees and we couldn't agree more with you on the pros that you share. Especially as it relates to our people at nCino. Top notch talent across the globe. We are so fortunate! We do hear you on the pace of change as it relates to the acquisition of new companies. We have been so fortunate to acquire the companies we have welcomed into the nCino family to date and those acquisitions have been a key piece of our growth strategy. However, we do realize that M&A activities always create a strain on our team in terms of the integration. We are so appreciative of the hard work everyone has put into ensuring our newly acquired team members are welcomed so warmly into the company. We will continue to grow both organically and inorganically as both are key to our continued growth and success. And we will also continue to grow our capabilities in terms of the actual integration so that these actions become less and less of a challenge to our internal teams.
