Out of the places I've worked, nCino has the best and most enjoyable staff to work with. Just really good vibes.

Cons

I'm not super interested in banking software so it's difficult to get amped up for projects.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere without being (like a family), lots of teams to work in, almost no micro-managing

Cons

Codebase is kind of a mess, getting up to speed on the many acronyms can be confusing, upper management doesn't really know where the app should go in the future

Had to back into work in the office. There was no option to work fully remote.
