I have been with nCino for a little over a year. The leadership in this department is amazing. I have not worked at a company before where not only can I pop into the Chief People Officer’s office, but he actively discusses my career development. That approach is demonstrated by all the leaders in the department. I honestly feel appreciated and do not feel a hierarchy exists in our department. I’m also thrilled by the number of women on the People Operations leadership team. That is inspiring! We have a lot of work to do but there is an appreciation for our work. And we have fun. We just had an amazing holiday party that was so much FUN! It sounds silly perhaps but I love my job, the People Operations team and my colleagues!

Cons

There is a lot of change to navigate and it sometimes makes you feel you have to discard some work that had taken a lot of time.
