We are so glad that you are having such a positive employee experience with us. We also totally agree that the London office is far too cramped. I guess the silver lining is that we are growing that region! The other good news is that we will be relocating to a new London office by year's end and it is going to look amazing! I know everyone will love the new office. And thank you for your suggestion on continuing to focus on collaboration opportunities. It does make a difference. Thank you for taking the time to post your experience. We love to hear from our current employees. And thank you for 3 - 4 years of service. That's fantastic! On your suggestion of working remotely, unfortunately we are a back to office company. That decision was made quite a while ago based on the belief that collaboration and innovation was not occurring to the degree needed. We have seen multiple proof points where the decision has made a very positive difference in the quality and timeliness of delivery of our products and services. We recognize that the decision may not be a match with everyone's wishes. However, we hope everyone understands that the decision was made with the company's success in mind - something from which we all benefit. But again, we do understand that the decision may not align with some employee's desires and we appreciate you making the suggestion. Again thank you for your post. We appreciate you!
