Thank you so much for your post. We love to hear from our active employees and it's great to see the things you highlighted in your "Pros" column. Especially your "good company" comment. We couldn't agree more. nCino is such an incredible place and we often say that the common thread that runs across our global organization that ties us all together is that we are a good company full of good people who want to do good work! We are also so proud of the fact that our employees embraced our decision to come back to office following the pandemic so that we could get back to the level of collaboration and celebration that have been cornerstones of our company culture. But another part of our great culture is ensuring that employees have the flexibility they need to ensure they are able to integrate the demands of work and life. Thank you again for your post and more importantly, thank you for dedication and commitment to nCino for 3 - 4 years. We couldn't do it with you!
