Pros

Nothing to talk about pros

Cons

Long process. I had to wait for one month to get offer. After working for one week, they said they cannot sponsor the H1B for me although I don't need. As a result they terminate my offer.

Pros

Great people - haven't met an unkind person yet, and people will go out of their way to help you. The benefits are pretty good. There's an emphasis on work/life balance and it's not just for show.

Cons

The compensation could be better. It's not awful, but below market for many many roles. There's not much flexibility with remote work options and there's a big emphasis on being in of their offices, even though the pandemic has shown that the company can be just as productive remotely. It can deter great talent, especially people from the coasts or those who don't want to live in a college town.
