      Pros

      The culture is exceptional. Management is supportive and encourages work/life balance. I work hard for 8-9 hours a day, but no expectation of overtime. I work with rock stars that love their job and the company. I never feel like an island even when I'm working remote. Benefits are awesome and generous vacation! I work directly with customers on the implementation side. I love working with our customers.

      Cons

      Compensation is on the low side. If work/live balance, benefits, great culture, growing Salesforce knowledge and certs are important to you the trade-off is very fair. When evaluating the salary, you need to look at the entire package.

      Pros

      - Good health insurance - Relaxed atmosphere - 40 hr weeks with no expectations to work longer - Everyone I've met has been pretty easy to work with

      Cons

      - Working within the Salesforce platform has some limitations - Pay is slightly below average - The work can become a little boring at times - No option to work remote full time (although some people have managed to become remote workers during the pandemic) - It seems tough to reach a senior position and many engineers have left for senior positions in other jobs because of this - Seems to be some turnover in management as about every year I've had a different manager - The office is nice but you are still working in cubicles unless you're in management
