We agree with you - nCino colleagues are FANTASTIC and we are so proud of our global team. One correction - our turnover is not increasing. In fact, our company attrition decreased in 2023 and continues to be below industry standards. While we would love to have all of our great teammates stay with us forever, we realize that is not realistic and we are proud of our alumni who are spread across the globe.
