Thank you for providing your review. We love to hear from our current employees and we are so glad to see the list of positives you provided and your suggestions. If you have any additional thoughts or ideas, please continue to share them with your leader as we know our employees are our best resources! As for hybrid, we are pleased with the level of collaboration and productivity that we continue to see with our back to office 5 days a week approach and have no plans of changing that arrangement. Coupling back to office with the flexibility we offer employees to enable them to better integrate their personal and professional lives appears to meet the majority of our employee's needs.
