Good people and products. Decent benefits.

Cons

Mandatory return to the office 5 days a week is causing a significant morale problem despite hiring remote workers still. Several good employees have left and will continue to leave, unfortunately.

Good place to build your resume up if you are a young adult out of college

Pros

Flexible work schedule, diverse, no one will check the work you do nor do they know what to look for so if you are a generally unproductive person or you don't know what you are doing then this is the place for you. They don't value product knowledge - all you have to do is post a lot in slack and people think you know what you are talking about. There is a lot of hiring of friends and friends of friends.

Cons

Unexperienced managers, experience is not considered when salary is discussed, unencouraging managers, no leadership on the lower levels.
