Thank you for taking the time to share your review and we are glad to see that you find our PTO and HSA benefits so valuable. You are not alone as they tend to be the top "pros" with so many of our employees. We hate to see that you feel the vision for the company is poor. We try to consistently and constantly reinforce our path forward so that employees understand the vision and can see how their individual roles play a critical and vital role in realizing that vision. If you feel you need additional clarity, please don't hesitate to reach out to your leader for further education. We should clarify that the decision to come back to office was made after a very thoughtful and extensive discussion. These decisions are never easy, but it was made in an attempt to transition the organization back to the in office, highly collaborative and interactive company it was prior to the pandemic. We recognize, based on your tenure, that your experience has been during the pandemic and you don't have knowledge of what the company culture actually was - and is. We hope this experience will become more meaningful to you, as it has for so many who would argue with your "toxic" comment - as it is far from toxic. It made this company what it is today and will continue to make us successful in the future. Thank you again for your comments!
