Let me assure you, we highly respect our support staff, along with all of our team members. And we disagree that there is no room for growth. In 2022, 406 employees out of 1650 were promoted. That is 25% of our internal staff and that is a consistent percentage, with some years seeing stats in the 30+%. We pride ourselves on identifying, selecting and developing the very best talent and helping them realize their career aspirations at nCino. We also strive to ensure that our cultural values guide our behaviors and actions to ensure the very best experience for all nCino employees.
