Upper management has changed in such a negative way. You can see this with their return to office change. People feel ignored because leadership asked us if we'd want to work 3 days in the office to get our own desks, or not and have to use one of the temporary desks we have around the office. This was all a waste of time because they just threw all the feedback out the window and made people return to the office. After our layoffs, we had a Moving Forward meeting where our new-ish CPO ignored negative feedback. I don't agree with people who say "If you don't like it, leave". If people genuinely care about the company, negative feedback is important. People working at the company want it to be the best company it can be while being happy, profitable, and productive. I don't see how ignoring negative feedback will get us there. We've seen so many people leave recently that we are watching channels in Slack to see "Who's leaving today?" because they find better jobs where they feel listened to and get paid more.
