The focus on the health and well-being of our employees guided us in our decisions to immediately get our employees out of the office environment and to their respective homes so that they could work safely. There was never a promise that a permanent work from home scenario would be offered. In fact, being together and collaborating in real time to deliver innovative, best-in-class products and services to our customers has been the secret to our past success. And, it is the secret to our on-going success. We recognize that not every employee will agree with our decision, but yet the decision has been made and we have received far greater positive comments about the renewed energy of the company and the stronger sense of community our colleagues are feeling as they have come back to the office.
