      Pros

      I have been with nCino for over 5 years and I cannot say enough great things about this team, atmosphere, and the company itself. If you work hard and take advantage of all the resources they provide you, you will succeed in the role. Be a sponge and soak in everything you can and luckily everyone on the team I've interacted with has been willing to help or teach me something if it's outside of my knowledge wheel. Highly recommend.

      Cons

      I wouldn't say this is a con, but it's a very fast paced environment and the product is always growing . If you are not adapt to take on change frequently and be a sponge for new knowledge, this may not be a fit. However, if you do enjoy this type of work place, it's a lot of fun!

      as is similar with all negative reviews, your coworkers are really cool and nice. also the work generally is pretty easy unless youre working on a growth product, what make the mature feature maintenance work hard is the process, resources, and re-prioritization.

      Cons

      HR IS WRITING REVIEWS. you can tell by the 5 star reviews that have the following attributes: 1. little to no detail in pros or cons 2. longgg pros that pretty much pull from our "company values" and then cons that are just like "little m&a issues", or "super fast growth presenting issues" with no mention of pay/organization 3. few amount of "helpful" votes that probably just come form the HR group REPORT THESE REVIEWS ncino relies on glassdoor and employee rating apps heavily to attract new candidates. somehow we are constantly rated "best employers for women", or "best compensation" by comparably. im not sure how that happens.
